The hotel was offered for sale

In 2019 the Premiot investment group received an offer from the owners of the Karolína hotel in Harrachov. Then it was a 3-star hotel with the capacity of 28 rooms with 75 beds, a wellness centre, restaurant, pub and café.

The negotiations to buy started along with the decision process on the future usability of the real estate.
